Outpatient Counseling Services

ECDC provides outpatient counseling services for all ages.  We also offer several specialized programs for individuals with Autistic spectrum disorders, attention problems, trauma exposure, anxiety disorders, pain management issues, auditory processing disorders and behavioral problems.  We provide individual, marital, and sibling therapy.

Psychological Testing

At ECDC, we are able to provide diagnostic testing for a variety of disorders and conditions.  We can provide a full cognitive workup, academic testing to assess for learning disabilities, autism testing, emotional disorders, personality assessment, and screenings for neuropsychological disorders and sensory processing disorders. 

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

ECDC contracts with Horses Touching Lives to provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP).  This modality incorporates using horses for mental and behavioral health therapy and personal development.  It is a collaborative effort between a licensed therapist and a horse professional working with the clients and horses to address treatment goals.

ECDC clinical staff have obtained at least a Master's degree, and several also have Doctorate-level degrees.  Our clinicians meet the stardards set forth by their state licensing board.  They must also maintain their education regarding current research by attending a required number of continuing education hours each year.
